Return Policy – All Custom Jewelry Designs & Items

We take pride in crafting each custom engagement piece with exceptional care and precision. Every item is carefully inspected and graded before delivery to our customers. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, we have a return policy that reflects both our commitment to quality and the uniqueness of your custom order.

Custom Orders

All custom jewelry is non-refundable and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the design process has begun or production has started. This includes:

  • Custom-designed engagement rings

  • Personalized engravings

  • Modified existing designs

  • Any item with specifically chosen natural or lab grown diamonds, natural, lab grown, or imitation colored gemstones, or any item that needs to be sized for custom fit.

  • Rings or any other jewelry made to specific customer specifications (metal type, stone choice, ring size, etc.)

Design Satisfaction Guarantee

Before production, you will receive a detailed design mock-up or 3D rendering. Complimentary revisions are given to ensure the design meets your expectations before purchase as our dedication to customer satisfaction. I want you to love your piece!

Defects or Production Errors

If your custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or error (e.g., incorrect size, wrong stone, engraving mistakes), please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue at no cost to you, including repair or remake if necessary. The item must be returned to our studio within 9 days for corrections at no cost. 

Resizing & Repairs

We offer one complimentary sizing at the time of purchase based upon the size provided at the time of order. If resizing is needed for the design, it is up to the customer to take the item to a local jeweler of their choice to have the resize at the customer's cost. Repairs due to manufacturing issues are covered within 15 Days of purchase. 

Shipping for Returns & Repairs

  • For eligible repairs or adjustments, we provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Please send an email with the receipt and reason for repair or return. If approved, return instructions will be provided. 

  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Items showing signs of unauthorized repair, damage, or excessive wear may not be eligible for service.

Final Sale Items

All promotional, discounted, and limited-edition, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All custom-made jewelry items are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and are tailored to meet the specific preferences of each customer. As such, the shipping timeline may vary based on the complexity of the design and the materials selected.

For custom orders, shipping costs and timelines will be discussed at the time of sale. It is essential for customers to understand that the production of custom jewelry can take additional time compared to ready-made items. Typically, the production period for custom pieces can range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design and the availability of materials.

Once the custom piece is completed, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection before being shipped. We prioritize the safe delivery of our jewelry, and as such, all shipments will be sent via a tracked shipping method to ensure that customers can monitor their package's journey.

For orders exceeding $3,000, we offer free tracked shipping within the United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply. It is important to note that we currently do not ship outside of the United States, and customers are encouraged to check back for updates regarding international shipping options.

Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing them to track their order until it arrives at their designated address. We recommend that customers inspect their package upon receipt to ensure that the item has arrived in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that a custom piece arrives damaged or does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the design process, customers should contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will work diligently to resolve any issues, which may include repairs or remakes at no additional cost, provided that the item is returned to our studio within 7 days for corrections.
